Super Bowl LVII – Booner Bets

Super Bowl 57 is tonight and the whole world will be gambling on the big game. I am finally back from earlier in the season with all of my best bets for tonight’s Super Bowl. Let’s not forget, on the year in the NFL I went 60-56-2 and came out positive on the season.

I dug deep into the sports books to not just find the average bets that you want to take in this game, but some that you probably didn’t even know existed. There are hundreds of different bets you can make for the Super Bowl, and I just narrowed it down to 9 locks that I personally will be hammering for the Big Game. Let’s end the NFL season with all winners, here you go:

Jalen Hurts ATD -105

This might be the most obvious and most bet TD scorer in the whole game. But Hurts has 15 rushing touchdowns on the year and he has scored in both playoffs games so far this season. Any time the Eagles are at the goal line, this is the first option they go to. This bet seems like a lock to me tonight and is my favorite prop bet.

Travis Kelce Over 7.5 receptions +100

7.5 seems like a really high number even for Travis Kelce, but trust me this prop is set perfectly. Kelce will easily get 8+ targets in tonights game which will set him right up for this number. Without Tyreek Hill this season, Kelce is the #1 option, and in a big game like this Mahomes is going to look to get him the ball any chance that he can.

Kenneth Gainwell Over 18.5 rushing yards -110

This isn’t my favorite bet of the day, but I still love it. Gainwell has had two HUGE games for the Eagles in the Playoffs so far with 48 and 112 rushing yards. Yes, those games were in blowouts. But, that shows the this Eagles offense can use him in some capacity. Don’t be surprised if he gets 5-6 carries and breaks one off for 20+ yards.

Over 2.5 Players to have a Pass Attempt +124

This is the perfect bet for this game. The last time we saw the Eagles in the Super Bowl we witnessed “the Philly Special”. It seems like in almost every Super Bowl teams throw everything they have in the playbook out on the field to win the game. Last year, both teams each had someone other than their QB attempt a pass. Don’t be on the wrong side of the trick play and take this prop.

Over 5.5 Total Sacks in the Game +116

I love this bet. Both teams have elite pass rushers, but you can also argue they both have elite offensive lines. But, in this game, the pass rushers are going to shine. Both teams have already had 5 sack games in the post season. Just needing each team to have at least 3 sacks in the game seems way too low for me. Getting this at plus money is a steal.

Opening Kick-Off Touchback: NO +130

This is a fade bet. Everyone in the world is saying it is going to be a touchback. But, everyone is ignoring the fact that the last 28 out of 30 opening kickoffs have not been a touchback. Getting this but at plus money is just another steal that I found in the sportsbooks. Another tip on this, is Pat McAfee talked 2 years ago about how the opening kick-off ball is like kick hard plastic, because it comes straight out of the box. Take that information as you please.

Both Teams to Make a 33+ Yard FG

This seems like a very odd bet, but is too good not to take. I do believe that there is going to be a ton of field goals in this game with the two elite defenses we have facing each other. With that being said, with all the field goals, I do believe these kickers are pretty automatic and will hit this bet with ease.

Super Bowl MVP’s

Travis Kelce +1400 :

I wanted to give out a MVP for both sides. I could have gone chalk and picked 2 QB’s. But, if there was any non QB to win this award, I have to go Travis Kelce. He can easily go off for 3 TD’s and 100+ yards. Yes, if he does that, Mahomes also has high numbers. But, it is more valuable for Kelce than Mahomes at that point.

Jalen Hurts +145 –

This is my chalk MVP pick. I love the Eagles to win today, and I love Hurts to prove everyone wrong. He is going to have a rushing touchdown and a few passing to stack onto that. If the Eagles win, he will have the MVP trophy in his hand.
