Detroit Lions Announce Training Camp Dates With Exclusive Opportunities for Fans

For the 17th consecutive year, the Detroit Lions headquarters and training facility in Allen Park will host the 2023 Detroit Lions Training Camp presented by Rocket Mortgage.

The excitement and expectations surrounding the Lions are at a level not seen in decades, and for the first time due to skyrocketing demand, fans will need to secure free tickets in advance. The team’s training camp will begin with the ‘Back Together Weekend’ on July 29 and 30.

Highlighting this year’s schedule are two joint practices each with the New York Giants and Jacksonville Jaguars.

Head Coach Dan Campbell Gears up for High-Expectation Season

Head coach Dan Campbell understands the anticipation and is eager for his team to validate the expectations with hard work, discipline, and focus. He said, “there’s a belief because they understand when you do things right…there’s a certain approach, and because of that, that gives them confidence…we’ve got to earn everything that we get…that’s what spring is about, that’s what training camp will be about.”

Training Camp Ticket Registration and Exclusive Access

For fans wanting to experience the training camp, free ticket registration will commence on July 19 at www.detroitlions.com/trainingcamp.

Each individual can register for a maximum of four tickets. Additionally, “Lions Loyal Members” will have exclusive access to three practices, and early renewal members can enjoy an exclusive session on August 2. Detailed information will be sent to Loyal Members via email on July 12.

Interactive Activities and Local Flavors Await Fans

Not only will fans be able to watch the Lions practice, but the camp also offers activities for all age groups. From photos with Roary and Detroit Lions Cheerleaders to ticket and merchandise giveaways, tailgate games, face painting, and balloon artists, there is something for everyone.

Additionally, local Detroit-area food trucks will be on-site, providing fans with a variety of food and non-alcoholic beverages to purchase.
