The Detroit Tigers 2022 MLB Draft Class Picks 1-10 are signed and set to report.

When the Detroit Tigers saw the player they were targeting land at pick number 12, Detroit did not think twice about drafting second basemen Jace Jung. In fact, he is so eager to start, He wanted American Airlines to send his bags over as soon as possible.

With several players appearing down in Lakeland, it is confirmed that Detroit came to terms with Jung and the rest of their first 10 picks, according to Jim Callis at MLB.com.

Who did the Detroit Tigers draft picks 11-20?

Detroit went college pitcher heavy on the final two days of the draft. What is interesting is that the Tigers did not draft one high school player under the new 20 round format. Here’s how the rest of the draft looks like and who has signed in picks 11-20.

11th: Joe Miller, LHP, Pennsylvania (signed)

12th: Cole Stupp, RHP, Kentucky

13th: Dom Johnson, OF, Kansas State (signed)

14th: Joe Adametz, LHP, Liberty University (signed)

15th: Patrick Pridgen, RHP, Florida International (signed)

16th: Quinn Gudaitis, RHP, University of Illinois Springfield (signed)

18th: Chris Williams Jr., OF, William Carey University

19th: Albert Oliva, RHP, New Mexico Military Institute

20th: Drew Conover, RHP, Seton Hall

With the recent developments in the Tigers farm system, in how they develop pitching, expect a continuous process that will maximize each of their strengths. While the idea may sound like common sense, it has been a new approach for Detroit.
