Detroit comes alive on Opening Day, as thousands of enthusiastic fans descend upon Comerica Park to usher in the new baseball season. This year, the Detroit Tigers face off against the Boston Red Sox on Thursday, April 6, at 1:10 p.m.

  • One factory sealed clear plastic bottle of unflavored water per guest
  • Only small collapsible umbrellas

While the focus may be on the celebrations surrounding the game, let’s not forget the reason for the season: the thrill of the great American pastime, baseball. The Tigers and the Red Sox will battle it out on the diamond, with pitchers Chris Sale and Spencer Turnbull as the probably starting pitchers. Both teams enter the game with a 2-4 record and are looking to build some momentum early in April.
