I can not believe it’s already Week 13 of the Fantasy Football Season! The playoffs are 1 week away. If you are battling for a spot make sure you give these guys a start on your squad this week.
Week 13 of Fantasy Football is here! If you are sitting somewhere in the 7-5, 6-6, 5-7 range you should have a shot at the Playoffs. These are the guys that can get you there! Every week I try to find the “on the cuff” guys that will have a bust out game.
QB Fantasy Football
Phillip Rivers – IND
Rivers has attempted at least 36 passes in each of the last four games and thrown for at least 288 yards passing in three of those four games. I love him against Houston’s Defense who is mid-pack at best. If you are going back and forth and have Rivers, he would be my play this week.
RB Fantasy Football
David Montgomery – CHI
The Chicago Bears play our beloved Detroit Lions on Sunday. With the Lions firing Matt Patricia last week and all of the chaos of naming a new interim coach, I can see Montgomery going OFF this week. Trubisky will be back at QB and the Lions have been poor at defending the run all season. I’m hoping the stack the Box to make Mitch beat us. But Mitch is also 3-0 Vs Detroit. So we will see! But I will start Montgomery!
WR Fantasy Football
DJ Chark – JAC
Chark is a feast or famine guy all season long. This week my boy eats!! Mike Glennon will be the starter. Normally first time starters will fall in love with their guy. That guy is normally who the offense is designed around. I think the WR1 in Jacksonville will be that guy this weekend.
TE
Evan Engram – NYG
I like his match up this week with the Seahawks. Evan had over 100 Yards last game and will repeat the effort this week. The Giants don’t have much on offense but they do have an elite TE. This week they continue the peppering. Im starting Engram!
