Garbrandt has tested positive for COVID-19 but plans are still in place for the former champ to fight Deiveson Figueiredo on November 21st. Garbrandt (who is coming off of a spectacular KO of Assunção at UFC 250) is currently in quarantine. According to AgFight, Cody tested positive earlier this week and is only suffering minor symptoms including a headache.

Figueiredo made quite the statement on his Instagram on Thursday promising to knock out the former UFC Batamweight champ.
Considering both fighters are knockout artists, this matchup has Fight Of The Year written all over it. Garbrandt is 12-3 with 10 knockouts while Figueiredo holds a record of 19-1 with 9 knockouts. UFC 255 looks to be a stacked card with bouts such as Shevchenko vs Maia, Rua vs Craig, and Moreno vs Perez announced recently.
