ICYMI: The Morning Woodward Show 11/30

32

The Morning Woodward crew, Joey, Stick, & Krissy, covered the best news of the year; Matt Patricia and Bob Quinn. Krissy forgot something pretty big and needed help, and Nate Robinson just got completely destroyed by Jake Paul. If you missed it this morning, watch it all go down here.

Goodbye Matt Patricia & Bob Quinn

After a disappointing coaching run, the Detroit Lions have fired head coach Matt Patricia and general manager Bob Quinn.

Back in 2018 when Patricia was hired, GM Bob Quinn said, “When we launched the search for our next head coach, I wanted to find a leader that could take us to the next level, and I am confident we have found that in Matt Patricia.”

Welp. Looks like the lie detector determined that too was a lie.

Quinn joined the Detroit Lions after 16 seasons with the New England Patriots, where he played a variety of roles, including Director of Pro Scouting from 2012-15 when the Pats won Super Bowl XLIX and four-straight AFC East Division championships.

Krissy Forgets She Never Sent Her Family Member A Christmas Gift

It’s the holidays again, and honestly it gets pretty stressful sometimes when it comes to gift giving! However, Krissy might have pulled the ultimate no-no when her sister in law texted her last year that her gift was in the mail and Krissy responded to look out for the one she sent as well. The only problem here is, she thought that would buy her time to get one out to her and then she forgot about it all. Now it’s too late. What does that mean for this year? Should she get her two gifts or not even acknowledge it?

Jake Paul KNOCKS OUT Nate Robinson

Internet star Jake Paul proved experience clearly does matter in his return to pro boxing over the weekend on Saturday during the co-main event of the Mike Tyson-Roy Jones Jr. pay-per-view.

Paul (2-0, 2 KOs) scored a trio of knockdowns on his way to a brutal second-round knockout of former NBA star Nate Robinson inside The Staples Center in Los Angeles.

Robinson, on the other hand (0-1), started boxing for the first time in August after calling Paul out and the results proved themselves.

THIS call out though?! I mean, Jake you won one fight let’s not fly above your level here. Should be interesting to watch how this unfolds though.
