Nate Diaz has us once again hoping, wishing, and waiting. The 209 gangster hinted at a UFC return by posting a video showcasing his previous battles and trash talk via Instagram TV.
The UFC Needs The 209 Brothers Back In The Octagon
Regardless of his record (20-12) Diaz always comes to fight and is one of the biggest draws in the UFC. I mean, the organization made a belt specifically for Diaz and Masvidal to fight over. The BMF title will not be on the line if Diaz does return as stated by Dana White who said Masvidal will most likely fight Covington next, but what could make Nate want to return in 2021? A trilogy fight with Mcgregor would intrigue UFC fans, but with McGregor and White at odds I don鈥檛 see that fight happening in 2021.

What is interesting is now both Diaz brothers are set to make 2021 returns to the octagon. Nick has been blowing up his instagram account with new training pictures and videos to get excited about. Both Diaz brothers back in the UFC would be a great kick off to 2021, but as always its the Diaz brothers so I wouldn鈥檛 get too excited. Both Nate and Nick have a history of teasing fights that never happen, so we all have to be cautious with our anticipation. Honestly, the UFC needs superstars right now other than Israel Adesanya, so I think we鈥檒l see the Stockton natives return sometime in 2021.
