Detroit’s own Kevin Lee posted a video on his Instagram on Wednesday showing off his new ink that goes from his neck to the top of his head. The Motown Phenom went all in on his new tattoo and it looks absolutely insane.
Coming from someone who has a bunch of tattoos, head tattoos are no joke. Luckily for Lee he clearly has the pain tolerance to handle such a big piece. Head and neck tattoos are usually a job killer, but luckily for Lee tattoos in MMA are such a normal thing. I mean, look at Mike Perry!
The Motown Phenom has been out of the octagon since his submission loss to Charles Oliveira in March. Shortly after the loss Lee went into surgery to repair a torn ACL. Three months later Lee suffered ANOTHER ACL tear in August. Recovering from an ACL surgery is no easy task, but here’s to hoping Lee returns to the octagon in 2021.
