Tiger Woods Tricks Ex-GF into Being Locked Out

97

It’s been a long time since Tiger Woods has been considered one of the best golfers in the world. But that doesn’t mean he isn’t still an alpha male.

Tiger’s ex-girlfriend, Erica Herman, is suiting the trust that owns Tiger’s Jupiter Island, Florida, home. She alleges that her and Tiger had an “oral tenancy agreement” to live in the home for a “certain duration of time.”

The eye-catching allegation is her alleging that she was locked out of the home. Per Herman, she was tricked into going on a short vacation and that when she arrived at the airport, agents for Woods “told her she had been locked out of her resident” and would not be allowed to return.

They don’t call him the Big Cat for nothing, folks. What a top of the food chain type of move.

Now Herman is trying to get out of a non-disclosure agreement that she had signed with Tiger. NDA’s are common for celebrities as it keeps everyone quiet if things go bad.

But, Herman’s attorneys are trying to take advantage of a new federal law, the Speaks Out Act. This allows people to get out of NDA’s if they have been sexually assaulted or harassed. Herman didn’t make any specific allegations against Tiger.

But her even alleging that someone did something wrong is obviously unfortunate. If anything did happen, we certainly hope Herman is doing well.

She is suiting the trust for at least $30 million, which is based on the rental value of the home over the time she says she was supposed to remain in the home.

That’s Walking Around Money

30 million dollars is a slow month for Tiger Woods. I imagine this will get settled out of court for an undisclosed amount and we won’t hear much more of what happened. For now, we’re on to Augusta.

Not many of us have the balls or the cache to trick our significant other into going on vacation just so we can change the locks and kick them out of the house. Even if most of us have thought about doing it.

But none of us are Eldrick Tont Woods either.
