WWE announced today that on August 5th, 2023 SummerSlam is coming to DETROIT!!!

This is the first WWE SummerSlam event to take place at Ford Field since WrestleMania 23 in 2007. That show was the main event, and featured John Cena and Shawn Michaels for the WWE Championship.
